My Life...We're done!!

I liked this project. It was interesting and had to do with me so I was more interested in making a good project. This project has more value than just an A in tech class. I will be able to use it at home and as a memoir to my life. My mom can use it to show it off to her friends. I can use it to show my grandparents. So they can watch it and remember all the good times. I can fill them in on what they may have missed. Show off all my friends to my family. And my family to my friends.

Genome Project

My Genre was Celtic Music. I had to tell the history, origin and characteristics. I found out that most music came from Celtic music. Which is very impressive. Celtic music is known for its natural sounding instruments. Since I began this project I have found out that I like this genre a little bit more. It can be a little slow at times, but it is impressive. I have found that my favorite artists are Celtic Woman and Celtic Thunder. The Celtic genre is fairly inspirational, most lyrics tell an actual story. It’s nice to be able to listen to actual music where you can understand what they are saying.

Imovie story board#2?

The imovie project was a good project. I would have found it a lot easier if I had been able to choose a topic that I liked and I would have been able to accomplish this project a lot easier. My partners, thank goodness, knew a little bit more about our topic then I did so they were able to help quite a bit. Putting the whole thing together was  A LOT easier than doing the research and trying to interview everyone and making sure we had enough information. I would rather not do a project like this again, however. I found it mostly uninteresting,

Snow Day?...Oh yeah

For this project I chose Celtic music. I finished my converting yesterday so I guess it’s hard to compare the times. But I do know from personal experience that the Internet at my house is much faster then the Internet at school. I’ve also found that on certain days zamzar is faster then others. For example, on Sunday it only took me 2 minutes o download a song. But on a week day during the day it takes what seems like for ever. This project was fairly hard to do and I had to re do it about 4 times cause I kept leaving something out.

1st podcast

This week we had to make a podcast. I liked this project except that I hated hearing my voice. It sounded weird. I found it difficult to be able to find enough stuff about the movie to talk for a whole two minutes. I chose TOPGUN one of the best movies ever made. It has Tom Cruise in it from back when he was actually cute and not old looking. It even has a seen where Tom Cruise and some other pilots are outside playing volleyball without their shirts. They were not too terrible looking. I kind of liked this project. I like projects that don’t include me in them.

Storyboard

So this weeks project was the storyboard thing. I do not really like it. WE just started it. All we did was make a slideshow of our basic movie idea. I do not really like brainstorming so I found this difficult. I was put with two freshmen. I love freshmen but they can be difficult to work with. I somewhat wish I was put with my sophomore friends, heck; I’d even take non-friend sophomores. Freshmen require way too much attention. They did not know how to use PowerPoint but I think by the end of this project they understood it a bit more.
